Which frameworks can I deploy?
Django, FastAPI, Node.js, React with Vite and Next.js are supported today. Kiteum detects your framework automatically when you deploy.
Can I deploy without Git?
Yes. Upload a ZIP of your project from the dashboard and Kiteum builds and runs it the same way as a Git deploy.
Can I run an AI agent?
Yes. An agent runs as a long-lived service with its own start command, environment variables and logs. Kiteum restarts it if it stops.
Can I add a database?
Yes. Add PostgreSQL to a project and Kiteum gives you its connection string as an environment variable.
Where does my code run?
Each app runs in its own container with CPU and memory limits, separate from other customers' apps.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Add your domain, point its DNS at Kiteum and HTTPS is set up automatically. The free Kiteum URL stays available as a fallback.
How are my API keys and secrets handled?
Store them as environment variables per project. Their values are never shown in your logs.
What does burstable CPU mean?
Each plan can use up to the vCPU shown when the server has spare capacity, so short traffic spikes do not slow your app down.
How does billing work?
You pay a fixed monthly price in US dollars. Save 15% on a 1-year plan, or 20% on multi-year contracts. You can change plans as your app grows.
Can I get a surprise bill?
No. Each plan has hard limits, so your bill never grows unless you choose a bigger plan.
How do I reach a real person?
Email support@kiteum.com and we will reply, usually within one business day. We can also help you move an existing app.
